CENTRIFUGALLY SPUN CONCRETE PIPES

General

(A) Concrete Culvert Pipes:
E-RETE has the facilities for the manufacture and load testing of all classes of concrete culvert pipes in the range of 225mmØ to 2100 mmØ

E-RETE concrete culvert pipes are of the following types:

(i) Rigid - jointed pipes:

(a) Butt end pipes with collars
(b) Rebated / Ogee pipes with external flush joints, for pipe diameters 750 mm
(c) Rebated / Ogee pipes with internal flush joints, for pipe diameters 750 mm,

and

(ii) Flexible - jointed pipes:

(a) Spigot and socket pipes with rubber ring joints.

(B) Concrete Sewerage Pipes :
E-RETE concrete sewerage pipes range from 300 mm Ø to 1800 mm Ø and of Spigot and Socket Joints with Rubber Ring.

E-RETE concrete sewerage pipes are manufactured using Ordinary Portland Cement but lined internally with 12 mm thick High Alumina Cement (cement Fondu)

Specification
E-RETE reinforced concrete spun pipes conforms to:

• MS 881: Part 1 : 1991 - Flexible Joint Pipes - Drainage and Sewerage Class L,M & H
• MS 881 : Part 3 : 1991 - Land Drainage and Sewerage Class L,M & H
• AS 4058 : 1992 - Extra Special Strenght Reinforced Pipes ( Strenght in excess of class H) are available for all diameter upon request.
